REVESTO Q&A
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is REVESTO?
REVESTO is a UK-based platform that enables investors to own fractional shares in carefully selected, high-potential residential and commercial properties across the United Kingdom. Our mission is to make premium UK property investment accessible, transparent and liquid for both new and experienced investors.
2. How does fractional property investment work on REVESTO?
We identify and acquire high-quality UK properties, structure them through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and divide ownership into smaller, affordable shares. When you invest in a property, you become a proportional shareholder and are entitled to a share of rental income (distributed monthly or quarterly) and any capital appreciation upon sale. All properties are UK-based and managed by professional property managers.
3. Who can invest on REVESTO?
REVESTO is open to UK residents, British citizens and international investors who meet UK regulatory requirements. You must be over 18 years old and complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification process.
4. What is the minimum investment amount?
The platform is designed to focus on a select and sophisticated investor audience. As such, minimum investment levels will be determined on a project-by-project basis and may vary depending on the scale, funding requirements and structure of the underlying opportunity. Investment thresholds will be set at levels appropriate to each transaction, reflecting the nature of the asset, capital requirements and the desired investor profile.
5. How are returns generated?
Returns come from two main sources: Rental Yield : Monthly or quarterly rental income distributions from tenants after all operational expenses. Capital Growth : Share of profit when the property is sold. Currency Exchange and Inflation Hedge : For international investors returns can be further enhanced through GBP appreciation against other currencies and protection against home country inflation making UK property a strategic store of value. This combination of income capital appreciation and currency benefits provides investors with both direct cash flow and indirect long-term wealth preservation advantages. Also historical and projected returns are clearly displayed on each property page.
6. What types of properties does REVESTO offer?
We focus on residential properties (family homes, apartments) and select commercial assets in strong UK locations with high rental demand and growth potential, such as Greater London, Manchester, Birmingham, Southampton and other major cities.
7. Is REVESTO regulated?
REVESTO is fully committed to operating within the highest standards of UK regulatory frameworks. As a private closed-loop investment platform serving a select group of high-net-worth individuals and professional investors, we maintain robust KYC and AML procedures that meet or exceed industry requirements. Our investment structures utilise UK Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and we collaborate exclusively with regulated partners for legal, compliance and property management services. We are currently in the advanced stages of preparing our regulatory licence applications, including alignment with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) standards where applicable, to support our next phase of growth. This careful and phased approach ensures we deliver a secure, professional and fully compliant investment environment for our investors.
8. What fees does REVESTO charge?
Platform & Sourcing Fee : 2% (one-time, included in the property price). Annual Management Fee : 1% of the property value per year (covers property management, maintenance and platform operations). Performance Fee : 20% of profits only upon successful exit (sale of the property). No hidden fees. All costs are transparently disclosed before you invest.
9. How liquid is my investment?
REVESTO is building a secondary marketplace where investors can buy and sell their shares from other users before the final exit of the property. While property investment is medium to long-term by nature (typically 2-5 years), the secondary market will significantly improve liquidity.
10. Can I sell my shares before the property is sold?
Yes. Once the secondary marketplace is live, you will be able to list your shares for sale to other verified investors on the platform.
11. How are rental returns paid?
Rental income (after expenses) is distributed to investors on a pro-rata basis, usually on a monthly (or quarterly) basis, directly into your nominated UK bank account.
12. What are the risks involved?
Like all property investments, there are risks including: Property values can go down as well as up. Rental voids or unexpected maintenance costs. Economic and market fluctuations. We mitigate these risks through careful due diligence, diversified locations, professional management and conservative financial structuring.
13. What taxes will I pay?
UK resident investors are subject to Income Tax on rental distributions and Capital Gains Tax on profits from share sales. International investors may be eligible for tax relief under double taxation treaties. We strongly recommend consulting your own tax advisor. REVESTO is not a tax advisor.
14. How secure is my investment?
Your investment is protected through: Legal ownership via UK SPV structures. Segregated client money accounts. Robust KYC/AML procedures. Professional legal and compliance oversight.
