These terms govern access to the Revesto website and platform. By using the service you agree to them.

1. Eligibility
The platform is intended for persons who can lawfully invest and who meet our eligible / professional investor criteria where required. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
2. Nature of the service
Revesto provides information and tooling to review property investment opportunities and, where onboarded, to invest via dedicated structures (typically UK SPVs). Content on the site is not personalised financial advice. Read the Risk Disclosure before investing.
3. Accounts & KYC
Some features require registration and identity verification. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts where information is incomplete, misleading, or where required by AML/sanctions rules.
4. Investments
Each opportunity has its own documents and terms. Capital is at risk. Past performance is not a guide to future results. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and for obtaining independent advice where appropriate.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform (including scraping, attacking, reverse engineering beyond permitted law, or attempting to access other users’ data). We may throttle or block abusive traffic.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, branding and software are owned by Revesto or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except as allowed by law or with written permission.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revesto is not liable for investment losses, indirect or consequential damages, or downtime beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
